Returns policy

We trust completely that you will be delighted with your Braintree purchase. However if it doesn't fit how you imagined, or you want to swap it for another colour or you just plain don't like it, here is what you can do:

Return It

You can return your purchase to us within 14 days in its original condition. This means that the garment has all of its original tags still on , hasn't been worn........................., ever! And hasn't been put through the washing machine!

We always recommend that you return the garment to us by recorded post just in case it gets lost in the mail, please return it to:

When we receive the garment back to us in its original condition we will refund your money back to your account. This should take no longer than 2 working days from when we receive the garment back to us.

Swap It

If you get your Braintree gear and realise that you need a different size or you really, really want the other colour, we are more than happy to swap the garment over for you. To do this and to make it an easy process, you can follow these simple steps:

Return the garment to us with a note in it stating your name, address, contact details and what you would like in exchange.

Send it back to us in a recorded post bag to the following address:

When we receive your parcel we will exchange the style over for you and send it back out - and we won't charge you the extra postage! This should take no longer than 3 working days to get your gear back out to you.
